We are looking for a highly motivated bilingual Recruitment & Sales Director to support outbound business development and recruitment operations.
Position Overview
This is a fractional (up to 20 hours per week) remote role focused on:
* outbound sales
* lead generation
* recruitment coordination
* client relationship development
* bilingual candidate sourcing
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French, highly organized, proactive, comfortable making cold calls, and capable of independently managing outreach and recruitment activities.
This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible long-term remote opportunity with commission upside.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting
* Reach out to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers
* Generate recruitment and staffing opportunities
* Manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
* Book qualified discovery meetings
* Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
* Maintain CRM and outreach tracking systems
Recruitment & Candidate Management
* Source bilingual French/English candidates
* Conduct candidate screening calls
* Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
* Support recruitment operations and pipeline management
* Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
Mandatory
* Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
* Comfortable making outbound cold calls
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
Preferred
* Experience in recruitment, staffing, or outbound sales
* Experience working with North American clients
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, and ATS platforms
* Experience sourcing bilingual candidates
Base Compensation
* 100 MAD/hour, Up to 20 hours per week
* Approximate maximum monthly base: 4,000- 8,000 MAD/month
Additional Compensation
Plus commissions and performance bonuses based on:
* qualified meetings booked
* successful placements
* new client acquisition
Hiring & Onboarding Process
1. Submit application, resume
2. Initial 1-way video interview to assess communication, professionalism, and role fit.
3. Two live interviews including sales and recruitment roleplay scenarios.
4. Successful candidates receive a fractional contractor offer and onboarding.
5. All hires begin with a 3-week paid probationary period with KPI-based performance evaluation.
