What you’ll do:

* You will nurture profitable relationships with key customers, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
* You need to keep clients informed about the latest products and offerings, while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer base.
* You will handle daily CVM operations
* You will use CRM and data tools to create targeted campaigns based on customer needs and behavior, for both Diamond players and the Mass Market.
* You will contribute to the evolution of the loyalty program and support the development of a seamless omnichannel customer journey.

Who you are:

* You have up to 2 years of experience in CRM / CVM role.
* You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related role could be appreciated.
* You have good knowledge in CRM tools (emailing, smsing, push...)
* You have strong customer-oriented mindset.
* You have excellent analytical skills
* You have excellent communication & organizational skills.

Preferrably, you also have:

* In-depth knowledge of MS Office.
