eGrow is hiring a Customer Success Representative to support and guide both our users and prospects as they grow their eCommerce business with our platform.
Your responsibilities:
* Help active users by answering technical questions and guiding them through the platform.
* Support potential users through calls and online meetings – answer questions and provide live demos.
* Create helpful content (articles and videos) that explains how to use eGrow effectively.
Requirements:
* Strong communication in Arabic, French and English.
* Comfortable with software tools and online platforms
* A background in eCommerce or automation tools (like Shopify, WooCommerce, Make.com, Zapier, etc.) is a big plus
* Experience in SaaS, support, or technical sales is a bonus
* Based in Marrakech – this is an on-site role (no remote)
