We’re Founders Arm, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll ensure our clients enjoy a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing partnership. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about helping clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct onboarding calls via Zoom and guide clients through setup and best practices
* Manage 10–16 new client onboardings per month and perform monthly check-ins
* Identify potential client issues early and coordinate with technical or support teams for quick resolution
* Maintain detailed CRM records and follow-ups to ensure a smooth client journey
* Proactively suggest product improvements or new features to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (beyond basic support roles)
* Excellent English communication and strong presentation skills on Zoom
* Highly organized, personable, and capable of managing multiple client accounts efficiently
* Experience working with U.S.-based clients, preferably in tech, SaaS, or service-based companies
* Commitment to professionalism, empathy, and collaboration within a global team
* Availability to work U.S. time zones
