About the Role
We are looking for Bilingual Sales Representatives (French & English) to support the TELUS Digital account. Your mission is to connect with Canadian customers, promote products and services, and drive customer satisfaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in both French and English
* Identify needs and suggest tailored solutions
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
* Ensure high-quality follow-up and customer loyalty
* Contribute to the long-term growth of the account
Your Profile
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) – essential
* Proven sales drive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum 6 months of experience in sales – required
* Previous experience in a call center or telesales environment is a must
* Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools
* Goal-oriented and motivated by performance targets
* A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
