Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Casablanca. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. The role also involves keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents. The agent will work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using customer support software and databases
* Experience in a contact center or similar role is a plus
