We are seeking passionate Customer Retention Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for retention.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer retention inquiries.
* Identify reasons for customer churn and propose tailored solutions to retain customers.
* Build trusted relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to proactively resolve customer issues.
* Availability to work full time according to the following schedule
Compétences et expérience requises
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to effectively manage stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
* Results-oriented with a strong ability to achieve and exceed retention goals.
