1. Resource Management

* Resource maintenance – 6 months update cycle
* Storage & naming conventions (case category mapping)
* Translation workflows
* CMS Knowledge Configuration – UI / UX
* Audits
* Quality Program
* SLA (Service Level Agreements) management

1. RelationshipsLeading without authority

* Vendor management
* Vertical relationship management / stakeholder engagement (within Operations)
* Cross-functional relationships (outside of Operations)
* Communication / updates

1. Business Ownership

* Analytics & reporting – HC (Headcount), BRH (Business Rule Handling), Agent data
* End-user research / agent shadowing
* Project management
