🚀 Become Sanadii’s CTO & Co-Founder And Redefine the Future of Islamic FinTech in Morocco and Beyond

At Sanadii, we’re not just building a platform, we’re pioneering a movement. Born in Morocco and built for the region, Sanadii is a Moroccan brand, from Moroccans to Moroccans and beyond. As the first Shariah-compliant ROSCA (Daret) platform in Morocco, currently in the process of being licensed by Al-Maghrib Bank (BAM), we are setting a new benchmark in inclusive digital finance, guided by Shariah-compliance, powered by advanced AI technology, and driven by a deep commitment to community empowerment. We’re now seeking, first and foremost, a Moroccan citizen, and more importantly, an extraordinary CTO to join our founding team. This is a pivotal co-founder-level role where your vision, speed, and execution will help architect the digital future of Islamic FinTech in Morocco and across the region, with innovations the market has never seen before.

💻 Your Role: Architect, Lead, Govern, Scale

As CTO & Co-Founder, you will:

• Lead the strategic technology roadmap, embedding agentic AI, automation, and robust Shariah-aligned design

• Architect a cloud-native, scalable infrastructure optimised for multilingual UX, ROSCA cycles, and regional expansion

• Drive our data and creditworthiness strategy and engine, enabling smart scoring and financial inclusion, while upholding user privacy and governance

• Build intelligent APIs, DevSecOps standards, and audit-readiness frameworks aligned with Moroccan CNDP and AAOIFI principles

• Own UI/UX standards, shaping seamless user journeys for unbanked and underbanked segments

• Serve as a public-facing co-founder, representing Sanadii in discussions with regulators, banks, technical partners, and ecosystem players

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sanadii’s Board, Shariah Committee, founders, and advisors to align product strategy with compliance and growth

• Build and mentor a high-integrity, high-performance engineering team across Morocco and the region

🎯 Who You Are

You are a visionary engineer, builder, and ethical leader with deep Moroccan roots and a global mindset. You bring:

• 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, WealthTech, or digital banking (B2B, B2B2C, or B2C)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field (professional certifications are a plus)

• Strong proficiency in cloud computing and infrastructure architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Hands-on full-stack engineering experience, preferably in native languages (Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS), followed by cross-platform tools (Flutter, React Native)

• Experienced in UI/UX design principles and prototyping using tools like Figma

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with GenAI, AI workflows, AI agents, and agentic AI practices

• Deep understanding of vibe coding and modern engineering workflows that balance speed, stability, and product quality

• Familiarity with AI, ML, DL, especially for intelligent scoring, chat interfaces, or process automation

• Familiarity with APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and scaling data-driven products

• Experienced and comfortable with DevSecOps, recognising its critical importance in building trustworthy FinTech infrastructure

• Awareness of Shariah-compliant financial principles, or a demonstrated commitment to learn and apply them

• Experience building or scaling subscription or payment ecosystems or digital wallets is a plus

• High integrity, ownership mindset, and a belief in ethical, inclusive, and value-based innovation

• A Moroccan citizen (non-negotiable), ready to lead locally, scale regionally, and go global

• Bonus: Familiarity with ESG principles, open banking, or ROSCA mechanics and payment systems

📍 Commitment & Location

This is a co-founder-level role. We understand that exceptional candidates may initially start with hybrid flexibility. What matters most is your clear intent to transition into a full-time leadership role as we grow together.
