About the Position

We are looking for a strong, proactive, and highly operational Senior Human Resources Coordinator capable of leading the full HR function within a dynamic, demanding, and multicultural environment. This role requires someone with sound judgment, strong organizational skills, firmness in decision-making, and proven experience managing critical people processes in high-volume operational companies.

We are not simply looking for an administrative profile. We need someone with presence, structure, autonomy, and the ability to organize operations, coordinate teams, and handle difficult conversations with professional maturity.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic HR vision with strong day-to-day execution capabilities, particularly in environments related to operations, engineering, telecommunications, construction, technical services, or international structures.

Main Responsibilities Full HR Coordination

* Supervise and coordinate administrative and operational HR processes.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
* Act as a key point of contact between management, operations, and employees.
* Handle labor-related incidents with sound judgment, firmness, and negotiation skills.
* Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee follow-up, and disciplinary processes.

Labor Administration & Social Security

* Coordinate and monitor contracts, hires, terminations, vacations, absenteeism, and documentation control.
* Supervise payroll processes and coordinate with external providers or payroll departments.
* Manage and monitor Social Security procedures.
* Ensure proper labor documentation and legal compliance.
* Coordinate internal audits and documentation reviews.

Recruitment & Talent Management

* Lead recruitment processes for operational, technical, and middle-management profiles.
* Coordinate mass recruitment processes when required by projects.
* Identify staffing needs together with operations teams.
* Design retention and talent follow-up strategies.
* Assess employee performance and growth potential.

Employee Relations & Work Environment

* Manage labor conflicts and sensitive situations with emotional intelligence and objectivity.
* Ensure compliance with the company’s code of ethics and internal policies.
* Implement initiatives focused on employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
* Coordinate internship follow-up, internal training, and development initiatives.

National & Operational Coordination

* Support with the international teams, but focus in national projects and multicultural coordination.
* Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and management teams.
* Participate in the structuring and improvement of internal processes.
* Maintain organizational control within fast-growing environments.

Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Master’s degree in Human Resources is highly valued.
* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR positions with real operational responsibility.
* Experience within operational, technical, or international environments.
* Strong knowledge of labor administration and documentation management.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads.
* Structured, solution-oriented, and highly organized profile.
* Professional authority, clear communication, and ability to set boundaries.
* Strong multitasking and follow-up capabilities.
* Experience managing multiple processes simultaneously.
* Previous experience in telecommunications, engineering, construction, outsourcing, or service companies is highly valued.
* High level of English
* French and/or Spanish are considered a strong advantage.
