Aeolon Renewable Energy Morocco is recruiting a Payroll & Compensation & Benefits Specialist (C&B) to support HR operations and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payroll, C&B processes, and HR reporting within a large industrial environment.
This position plays a key role in ensuring HR data reliability, compliance with Moroccan labor and social regulations, and the delivery of high-quality HR reporting.
🎯 Position Objective
To ensure the full execution of all Payroll & Compensation & Benefits activities accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
🧩 Main Responsibilities
* Prepare the monthly employee entry and exit report for the previous month
* Accurately report month-end headcount and update the organizational chart
* Handle compensation-related matters, performance evaluations, and related HR inquiries within deadlines
* Participate in the implementation of compensation and benefits policy adjustments
* Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including final settlements, payroll processing, and attendance follow-up
* Prepare and analyze HR statistical reports
* Conduct monthly labor cost analysis (salary charges, etc.) and maintain updated employee databases
* Prepare monthly payroll reports, ensure timely salary payments, and complete CNSS declarations
* Perform any other tasks assigned by management
🎓 Profile Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources Management, Management, Accounting, or a related field
Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll & Compensation & Benefits and attendance management
* Experience in large companies (500+ employees)
* Mandatory experience in an industrial environment (manufacturing, chemical industry, or similar sectors)
🛠️ Skills & Technical Competencies
* Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law, HR policies, and social regulations
* Solid understanding of payroll and compensation & benefits processes
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
* Strong numerical skills, high attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
