About The Role  

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

* Keep the ship and the team ship-shape and smiling.
* Be the Captain’s right hand (and sometimes left hand too).
* Navigate like a pro, even when the GPS has "lost signal".
* Master the fine art of loading cars and passengers without turning it into a puzzle game.
* Keep everyone safe, trained, and out of trouble.
* Fill out paperwork without falling asleep.
* Walking smiling to your apartments and back while off duty.

About You 

Chief Mate CoC (STCW II/2 – yes, the real deal)

* RoPax or RoRo experience (we like people who’ve done this before)
* STCW certs (we all know the list – BST, AFF, PSCRB, GMDSS, keep going...)
* A decent command of English (and shouting “All fast!” convincingly)
* Leadership skills – aka you know how to manage people without mutiny
* Don't get lost in Strait of Gibraltar
