About The Role

We are seeking a Chargé(e) d’Import to join our Import Operations team in Casablanca. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end import process — from order confirmation to delivery — ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and smooth coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, banks, and internal departments.

This is a dynamic position for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to efficient, compliant, and timely import operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Import Operations Management: Manage import files from order confirmation to delivery and closure.
* Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and manage import-related documents in line with customs regulations, Incoterms, and company standards.
* Financial Coordination: Liaise with Finance on supplier payments, bank guarantees, and import-related financial documentation.
* Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the main contact point between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
* Reporting & Process Improvement: Monitor shipment performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in import/export administration or logistics operations.
* Strong command of French and English (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
