About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in Morocco to support our international e-commerce and corporate clients. You’ll engage with customers across channels to deliver clear, accurate, and professional support.


Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
* Provide accurate product or service information
* Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
* Maintain detailed case records and quality standards
* Contribute to a positive customer experience


Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service or call center roles
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
* Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
* Reliable internet and professional workspace
* Flexibility to work international time zones
