As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers across Canada. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding support in both English and French, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in both English and French
* Provide accurate information regarding TELUS products, services, billing, and technical support
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
* Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
What You Bring:
* Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) – mandatory
* Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and systems
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
