Job Overview

We are hiring 5 Appointment Setters to join a growing team supporting a US-based company in the home energy efficiency sector. The company offers in-home and virtual energy assessments, turnkey efficiency installations, and retrofit solutions that help reduce utility costs and improve comfort for homeowners across New York. This role focuses on booking free energy assessments for eligible homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls, send SMS and emails, and engage leads via social media
* Confirm eligibility and interest with New York homeowners
* Book appointments directly into the calendar of the designated sales lead
* Track activity, notes, and updates in the CRM system
* Collaborate with the internal team for lead handoffs and adjustments
* Engage in confident and persuasive conversations to maximize booking success

Must-Haves

* 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting or sales closing
* Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication skills
* Sales-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability
* Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and Google Workspace (training provided)

KPIs for Success

* Minimum of 2 qualified appointments set per day
* Timely and consistent follow-ups with leads
* Positive, professional interactions with homeowners
