Your Role
As a Level 2 Application Support Engineer, you will work closely with both business and technical teams for our international clients. Your main focus will be resolving application incidents and analyzing technical issues, with a strong emphasis on service quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling Level 2 incident tickets (analysis, diagnosis, resolution, or escalation to L 3)
* Monitoring critical incidents and proactively communicating with end-users
* Performing application maintenance tasks and recurring monitoring activities
* Documenting procedures and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
* Collaborating with development, operations, and business teams
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in IT or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (application support, operations, MCO…)
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset
Technical Skills (preferred)
* Strong command of SQL
* Solid knowledge of Linux environments
* Familiarity with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog…
* Experience with ticketing systems: Jira, Service Now
* Understanding of REST and microservice architectures
* Knowledge of web formats and protocols: JSON, XML, HTTP, SOAP, etc.
* Basic knowledge of development (Java, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
* Passion for digital and e-commerce technologies; a proactive "can-do" attitude
* Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills
* Customer service focused, stress-resilient, and team-oriented
* Fluent in English, French is a plus
