🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst / Test Engineer – Belgium

Silitech Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support exciting digital transformation projects in Belgium!

🔹 Your Role:

✔ Analyze business needs & optimize processes (BPMN, UML)

✔ Bridge business & IT teams to ensure seamless project execution

✔ Define & validate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

✔ Develop test strategies, design test cases, and ensure system validation

✔ Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing to guarantee quality

✔ Work within Agile/Scrum and track progress using JIRA, Confluence

✔ Support UAT, change management, and ERP/data projects (SAP, Oracle, Power BI)

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Test Engineer

✔ Strong process modeling (BPMN, UML) & Agile expertise

✔ Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus)

✔ Minimum Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related fields

✔ ERP (SAP, Oracle) or data skills (SQL, Power BI) are a plus
