Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the daily office operations to ensure the efficient progress of work.
2. Coordinate the use, dispatch and maintenance of the company's vehicles.
3. Be responsible for administrative budget management and maintain accurate record archiving.
4. Coordinate the front desk work and provide high-quality first-contact services (services as contact points for customers/visitors).
5. Provide administrative support for all departments.
Job Requirements
1. Accept long-term office assignment in Casablanca, Morocco.
2. Proficient in French (both written and spoken).
3. Have solid computer skills, especially proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
4. Possess outstanding organizational skills.
5. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Those who hold a valid driving license and have driving experience will be given priority.
