Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
The Project Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of project activities in Dakhla. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual fluent in English, capable of managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting project tracking, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
Assist with project tracking and reporting to ensure timely delivery of activities and proper documentation.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office operations.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English to support project execution.
Perform Record-keeping And Other Administrative Duties As Required.
Support compliance with company policies, processes, and local practices.
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of experience in administrative or project support.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
