Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant provides support to JESA managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. He/She handles a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
* Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
* Arrangements of travel, restaurant and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations, processing requests for visas, identity cards and other documents.
* Handle requests in an appropriate manner
* Setup and coordinate meetings/appointments and conferences;
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations

Education
* Bac +2/3
* Curricula: Business Administration and/or Management
Global Experience
* 2-5 years general experience

* Proven admin or assistant experience required
