Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily administrative operations and provide support to the management team.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and records (both electronic and physical).
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
* Welcome visitors and provide general support to office guests.
* Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
