Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 360 Social Media Manager, located in Mohammedia.

360 Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.

Additional tasks include collaborating with the creative team to design graphics, ensuring brand consistency across platforms, and staying updated on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (FR & EN)
* Knows how to engage different audiences and communities
* Flexible, creative, and self-motivated
* Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Suite, Buffer, or similar
* Minimal knowledge in Branding and Typography
* Experience in creating and managing social media content
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate social media performance
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field is preferred
* Bonus: understanding of basic paid social (ads) or content creation

Tasks

* Develop, brainstorm and execute creative social media strategies
* Manage content calendars and publish across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook…)
* Stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
* Collaborate with the creative team (copywriters, designers, and strategists)
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
* Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
