We are hiring on behalf of a Canada-based digital marketing agency specialized in affiliate and influencer marketing for e-commerce brands. The agency partners with performance-driven creators to help brands scale revenue through smart, measurable influencer strategies.

We're looking for a Client Success & Operations Lead to join the team on a long-term freelance basis, available full-time, remotely, and aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.


📌 Key Details

* 🕘 Schedule: Full-time – 40 hours/week
* 🌍 Work setup: 100% remote (must align with EST / New York Time Zone)
* 💼 Contract: Freelance – long-term collaboration
* 💰 Compensation: 10,700 MAD – 16,000 MAD/month + bonus (based on profile)
* 📅 Start date: As soon as possible
* 🗣 Language: English fluency required


🎯 Your Responsibilities


As a Client Success & Operations Lead, you will be the face of the agency for e-commerce brands, overseeing both client success and internal efficiency.


You will:

* Act as the main point of contact for client relationships and reporting
* Monitor client account performance, ensuring steady revenue growth
* Create and enforce SOPs to streamline collaboration across teams
* Liaise closely with Paid Media, Organic Growth, and Creative teams
* Analyze performance data and guide strategic improvements
* Report to the Chief Operations Officer internally and to clients externally
* Ensure client satisfaction and high retention through proactive communication
* Support onboarding, activation, and daily management of assigned accounts


✅ What We're Looking For :


Experience

* 4+ years in account management, client success, or growth marketing
* Proven ownership of performance budgets or P&Ls
* Strong understanding of Western e-commerce markets


Technical Skills

* Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and other paid media platforms
* Comfortable with attribution tools and marketing performance metrics
* Strong analytical mindset and reporting capabilities


Soft Skills

* Clear, confident communicator who can earn client trust quickly
* Organized, structured, and able to lead cross-functional teams
* Comfortable in fast-moving, remote-first environments
