We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of French Marketing to lead and grow our French marketing team. Responsibilities: 
* Lead and inspire the French marketing team: Hire, mentor, and guide a talented group of marketing professionals to drive business growth. 
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies: Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing with a strong focus on analytical decision-making. 
* Monitor and optimize campaigns: Leverage data and performance tracking tools to enhance conversion rates and campaign results. 
* Ensure flawless campaign execution: Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as paid advertising, CRO, and lead generation, ensuring their successful implementation. 
* Enhance the customer journey: Continuously optimize landing pages, marketing funnels, and customer touchpoints to maximize engagement and conversions. 
* Innovate with purpose: Identify new opportunities and develop creative marketing strategies tailored to the French market's unique needs. 
* Collaborate across global teams: Work closely with international colleagues from the global marketing and sales departments to align on goals and strategies. 

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar). 
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and high-performance management. 
* Deep expertise in SEO and Google Ads, with a thorough understanding of both organic and paid search strategies. 
* Analytical mindset: Ability to dive deep into data, derive insights, and drive decisions that improve performance. 
* Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO): Skilled in optimizing landing pages and improving the user journey to drive conversions. 
* Proven ability to track and report performance: Comfortable monitoring key metrics and presenting findings to stakeholders. 
* A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution: Able to see the big picture while focusing on precise implementation. 
* C2-level oral fluency in French and excellent communication skills in English. 
* A remote-first mindset with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
