YOUR ROLE

To manage FG Finish Goods, Dice & RL Material, Warehouses area, to meet our internal and external customers’ expectations in term of warehouse operation, quality, integrity, cost, and service.

Warehousing Operations

To efficiently manage the core FG, Dice & RL warehousing processes, people resources, quality & inventories integrity to meet our internal & external customer expectations.

* To efficiently align, manage and deploy the systems relevant to warehousing.
* To deploy and promote Lean culture within the warehouse.

Performance Goals

* To achieve the FG, Dice & RL Goals for customers, Quality, Productivity, & Cost Efficiency, through the management of the Policy Deployment process within respect of EHSE and relative KPIs achievement

Compliance & Adherence

To sustain a work discipline to adhere to all Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and to ensure full compliance to the Sarbanes & Oxley requirement

Your Skills & Experiences

* Master degree / Engineer ( supply chain, logistics or similar……)
* Minimum 5 years experience on managerial path with proved experience on people and operation management
* very good communication skills, structured ad process oriented mindset.
* Results oriented with risk thinking approach
* able to deliver under exciting environment to serve our customers ( both internal and external)
* interpersonal skills to interact effectively with peers and build good relationship.
