What You Will Do:
* Oversee finished goods (FG/RM) planning for both Nalco and Ecolab (Morocco and Algeria).
* Manage FG/RM ordering from (Local and import) inter-company and external suppliers.
* Develop a top-level, six-month unconstrained production plan for the TOLLERS.
* Collaborate with the tollers to prioritize monthly and weekly sales requirements.
* Track and coordinate FG clearance with freight forwarders.
* Monitor Morocco and Algeria's gross inventory, including stock on hand and goods in transit (GIT).
* Provide monthly forecasts to suppliers to ensure consistent supply.
* Identify and communicate supply risks to relevant stakeholders.
* Work on saving projects and localization to bring cost reduction.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
* Technical Experience with SC tools (MRP, Inventory, supply).
* 5-8 of professional experience in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced Excel data analysis, strong analytic mindset, Problem-solving: the capability to address SC disruptions efficiently and implement preventive measures.
* Ability to collaborate across functions (procurement, sales, demand planning, logistics, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Finance).
* Experience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.
* APICS Certification.
