Responsibilities:
As part of vehicle projects, the virtual analysis engineer NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) is tasked with:
* Defining the expectations for digital evaluation in collaboration with the NVH performance engineer for the vehicle project.
* Planning the digital validation activity in alignment with the vehicle project timeline.
* Ensuring the robustness of both physical and digital input data.
* Conducting or overseeing the digital evaluation of vehicle performance, while respecting quality and deadlines.
* Presenting the results of the digital evaluation to the performance engineer and proposing solutions for performance convergence.
* Contributing to the improvement of the Stellantis World Calculation reference.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree from an engineering school, with a specialization in mechanics.
* Specialization and/or experience in numerical simulation is a major asset.
* Technical knowledge in the field of numerical simulation.
* Knowledge of general mechanics, dynamics, materials, structural mechanics, and strength of materials (RDM), enabling you to understand and analyze modeled physical phenomena.
* Knowledge in the automotive sector.
* Project management skills: planning, communication, coordination.
* Behavioral skills: precision, synthesis, organization.
* Tools: ANSA / METAPOST.
* Solver: Nastran.
