Travel Specialist

About the Role:

As a Travel Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, selling, and organizing tailor-made itineraries for our international clients. Your responsibilities will include:

* Designing and selling high-end travel experiences for our B2B clients.
* Handling reservations, quotations, and itinerary planning with precision and creativity.
* Managing client communication and ensuring exceptional service.
* Overseeing profitability, payments, and financial processes for bookings.
* Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless journeys.

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

• Languages: Fluent in English & French. (Spanish is a plus)

• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Experience: Previous experience in luxury travel or tourism is a plus but not a must.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and reservation systems.

• Numbers & Finance: Understanding of pricing, quotations, and payments.
