Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent located in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Morocco. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making travel arrangements including reservations, customer service, Trasnportation logistics, and sales of travel packages. Day-to-day tasks include providing personalized travel advice, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

* Experience with Reservations, Transportation logistics, and Travel Arrangements
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Sales experience in the travel industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* English is the main language, and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
* Ability to work on-site in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Morocco
* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
