* Experience: Previous experience in travel industry or tourism is a plus but not a must.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Numbers & Finance: Understanding of pricing, quotations, and payments.
2- CRUISE ADMIN:
We are excited to announce that Abercrombie & Kent Morocco is hiring a Cruise Admin to support our cruise team! Responsibilities include processing bookings, managing client records, coordinating with finance team, and handling administrative tasks like invoicing and itinerary updates. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in booking systems and office software. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential. What We Are Looking For:

About the Role:
* Process and confirm cruise reservations, input client details into booking systems, and verify accuracy of travel documents.
* Coordinate with cruise team to manage reservations, resolve discrepancies, and secure special arrangements.
* Handle invoicing, process payments or refunds, maintain organized records, and manage correspondence related to bookings.
* Assist cruise consultants by providing administrative backup, such as preparing reports or updating files.
