We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, customer focused people Manager with a passion for travel to join us from October overseeing our Resort and Airports team in Marrakech!

Role Overview

As a Destination Operations Manager you’ll manage Jet2holidays operations in your destination, overseeing team performance, ensure service standards, manage budgets, and collaborate with local agents and UK stakeholders. Key Responsibilities will include meeting KPIs, resolving major customer issues and driving our brand values in your team to ensure we deliver our famous customer service!

Requirements

* Senior management experience (Tour Operation, Destination or Hotel Operation) is essential
* Excellent stakeholder and leadership skills
* Experience in team development & performance management
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast moving & diverse operation
* Strong IT skills and the ability to interpret data and MI
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Already hold the full right to work documentation required for Morocco
* Possess a full and valid driving licence and have your own car & accommodation
