Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent, located in Marrakesh. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, arranging car rentals, and planning travel itineraries for clients. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

* Skills in making Reservations and arranging Travel Arrangements
* Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service
* Experience with Car Rentals
* Sales skills and experience within the travel industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in an on-site location
* Knowledge of local tourism and travel regulations is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Tourism or relevant fields is advantageous
