MICE Events Executive

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a MICE Events Executive to join our dynamic team in Marrakech!

About the Role:

As a MICE Events Executive, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing unforgettable MICE events. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing events from initial brief to post-event reporting
* Creating detailed proposals, budgets, and timelines
* Negotiating with suppliers and venues to secure the best terms and added value
* Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution
* Supporting clients onsite and maintaining high service standards throughout
* Researching and integrating innovative experiences and trends to enhance event offerings

What We are Looking For:

* Passionate about travel, culture, and creating unforgettable experiences
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,
* Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
* Skills: Solution-oriented mindset, great attention to detail, and skilled in budgeting, logistics, and client relations.
* Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with reservation or CRM systems
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism indusctry
* Numbers & Finance: Comfortable with pricing structures, preparing quotations, and managing payments.
