Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Service Director to lead and optimize all after-sales activities (workshops, services, customer relations) related to heavy vehicles.

Reporting to top management, you will be responsible for operational performance, customer satisfaction, and the commercial development of services.

Main Responsibilities:

* Supervise all workshops, spare parts, warranty, and after-sales activities
* Define and implement the short, medium, and long-term service strategy
* Monitor performance indicators: P&L, KPIs, productivity, efficiency...
* Increase services revenue and improve profitability
* Support and develop the network
* Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Manage workshop managers, team leaders, and technical staff
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
* Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and finance departments
* Participate in budget development and performance tracking
* Lead change and ensure skill development within teams
* Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization projects


Profile:

* Higher education in management, mechanics, or engineering
* Proven experience (min. 10 years) in a similar role
* Strong managerial skills and customer-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in management tools (ERP, dashboards, P&L)
* Leadership, analytical skills, organization, and discipline
* Fluency in English and French is essential, while proficiency in Arabic will be regarded as a valuable asset.
