Your tasks:
* Manages and supervises the Maintenance Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
* Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Maintenance Management
* Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
* Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
* Manages and supervises multiple org units within Maintenance Management
* Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth
* Functional accountability for Maintenance Management on plant level
* Ensures a standardized approach and implementation of LTPM, Maintenance process and system within the plant including implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned Maintenance for production equipment and facility equipment within the plant
* Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools
* Ensures Maintenance for utilities, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting etc. internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards)
* Ensures Maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment
* Ensure maintenance security camera systems
* Ensures monitoring, analysis and improvement of process performance and supports the inventory reduction of spare and wear parts
Qualifications :
* Level of Education: Master degree.
* Branch Of Study: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance
* Experience : minimum of 9 years’ experience in automotive industry
* Language : French / English
* Social competences: Strong leadership and sense of responsibility/Excellent communication and teamwork skills/ Conflict resolution and motivational ability/Ability to manage stress and make decisions under pressure
