Les Principales Tâches à Accomplir

* Visualisation des vidéos du CCTV pour identifier les comportements à risque, les anomalies des chauffeurs, les réclamations des clients, les agressions contre des chauffeurs ou des clients, etc.
* Mise à disposition de vidéos demandées pour la commission hebdomadaire d’accidents.
* Etablir un rapport hebdomadaire des observations directes CCTV faites
* Etablir un rapport hebdomadaire Anomalies faites par les collaborateurs
* Etablir un rapport hebdomadaire des vidéos visualisées
* Etablir un rapport hebdomadaire des caméras à préparer

Qualification professionnelle requise

BAC + 2 minimum

Excel, word, powerpoint pour la préparation de lettres, correspondances, présentations, rapports et rapports etc.

Bonnes techniques de communication, patience, l'écoute, esprit de travail en équipe.
