Job Summary

Provide VIP ground handling services for General Aviation customers (business aviation, military flights, and medical evacuations) while ensuring compliance with safety, security, punctuality, service quality, profitability, and productivity standards.

Your activities

Customer Communication & Coordination

* Confirm and arrange all requested services (transport, hotel, catering, fuel, VIP lounge, etc.)
* Provide clients with the required information
* Prepare and update flight files and daily flight schedules
* Report any irregularities or anomalies

Arrival Assistance

* Notify and coordinate with relevant authorities (ONDA, police, customs, etc.)
* Supervise aircraft parking and ground service equipment (GSE) preparation
* Welcome and escort passengers and crew (formalities, luggage, VIP transport)

Departure Assistance

* Prepare required documentation (weather, NOTAM, flight briefing)
* Coordinate services requested by pilots and passengers
* Supervise formalities (police, customs, check-in, luggage, catering, payment)

Customer Relations

* Deliver high-end, courteous, and efficient service that meets VIP client expectations
* Collect and communicate specific flight-related information
* Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Your profile

* Minimum High School Diploma +2 years (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in private aviation, luxury hospitality, or concierge services preferred
* Valid driving license (Category B) required
* French, English, Arabic (additional language is a plus)
