Role Overview
The Technical Specialist is a subject‑matter expert responsible for the design, deployment, optimization, and advanced support of technical systems.
He/She ensures the availability, performance, security, and compliance of the platforms under their responsibility, while actively contributing to technology transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 3 (L3) support and lead the resolution of complex, high‑impact incidents
* Perform in‑depth incident analysis (Root Cause Analysis – RCA) and propose corrective and preventive actions
* Implement sustainable technical solutions to improve system stability, reliability, and performance
* Create, maintain, and continuously improve the Knowledge Base (KB), including procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation
* Actively participate in the training and technical onboarding of new joiners
* Identify and implement automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and operational risks
* Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes and ensure compliance with SLA/SLO commitments
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in the context of projects or major incidents
