## Responsibilities

* Own the full development lifecycle of product features, from architecture and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

* Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions that align with both technical and business objectives.

* Integrate AI-powered capabilities into products and internal workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.

* Manage infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production environments while ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

* Mentor and support other developers while helping establish engineering best practices and standards.

* Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.

## Requirements

* Strong full-stack development experience with the ability to work across multiple technologies and frameworks.

* Technology-agnostic mindset with a focus on solving problems rather than relying on a specific stack.

* Proven ability to learn new tools, languages, and platforms quickly and contribute effectively in unfamiliar environments.

* Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to accelerate development and enhance products.

* Solid understanding of DevOps practices, infrastructure management, CI/CD, and production deployments.

* Strong architectural and systems design skills with the ability to build solutions that scale.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
