* Bac +3/ or Bac +5 (in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field...).
* An experience in the automotive sector is desirable.
* Proficiency in working with a ticketing system and experience in client management (e.g. Windows, M365, AD) are necessary.
* Competence in network, and system administration (Active Directory & Windows/Linux Servers, LAN/WAN).
* Good knowledge of hardware and software.
* Ability to maintain hardware, peripherals and software.
* Mastery of the configuration of equipment.
* Competence in IT security to guarantee the protection of data and equipment.
* Ability to solve user problems and provide technical support via a helpdesk system.
* Competence in managing IT supplier interventions.
* Knowledge of ITIL is beneficial.
* Good English skills, both written and verbal, are required.
* Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with other departments.

ChallengeCheck:

* Ensure the proper functioning of the installed hardware, peripherals and software.
* Perform maintenance of computer applications and printers.
* Guarantee the security of hardware and data on the local network and on all workstations.
* Intervene directly to solve user problems and inform about available solutions.
* Ensure the installation of the wiring and the computer network.
* Administration of equipment (e.g. laptops, displays, smartphones, peripheral devices).
* Troubleshooting and escalations for complex problems to the respective IT departments.
* Effective handling of incidents and service requests from the business departments.
* Documentation of incidents, problems, solutions and known errors.
* Implement and follow global IT Policies, procedures, and standards.
* Maintain TISAX Standard.
