Job Summary

The Lounge Team Leader supports the day-to-day operation of our Premium Lounge and Fast Track service, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing, and premium experience.

You will act as the go-to support for your team, ensuring service standards are consistently met, helping solve daily challenges, and safeguarding the elegance and comfort that define Aspire Lounges.

Your activities

Operational Support

* Assist with the daily running of the lounge while maintaining excellent service and cleanliness
* Coordinate with suppliers and support stock control for food, beverages, and amenities
* Ensure lounge areas remain presentable and fully functional
* Support the implementation and respect of Standard Operating Procedures
* Help resolve operational challenges swiftly to minimize guest disruption

Customer Service Excellence

* Deliver warm, attentive service that exceeds expectations
* Handle guest inquiries and support complaint resolution
* Promote a friendly, customer-focused culture on the floor
* Collect guest feedback and help initiate improvements

Team Guidance

* Inspire and support the lounge team during shifts
* Demonstrate high performance and service standards to set a strong example
* Assist with onboarding and on-the-job training for new employees
* Coordinate staff during busy periods to ensure service flow
* Monitor grooming standards and team presentation

Compliance & Standards

* Ensure hygiene, safety, and food safety rules are respected at all times
* Help maintain accurate records and reporting as required
* Support compliance with airline customer standards

Your profile

* Hospitality experience in a customer-facing environment (airport lounge, hotel, restaurant, etc.)
* Strong team spirit with the confidence to motivate colleagues
* Passion for premium service and creating memorable guest moments
* Excellent communication skills and a calm approach under pressure
* Flexible availability to support airport operational schedules
* Good level of spoken and written English

A background in aviation or luxury hospitality is a bonus, not a must. Growth begins here!
