smooth and compliant payment operations.
Role Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Technical Support Executive responsible for device preparation, field
troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of POS devices.
This is a need-based field-focused role with strong ownership of device performance and issue
resolution.

What We Are Looking For
Diploma / Bachelor’s in IT, Electronics, Telecom, or related field
5–7 years of experience in POS support, telecom field operations, or device installation roles
Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
Understanding of SIM-based devices, connectivity, and basic networking
Ability to work independently in field environments
Strong ownership, discipline, and reporting capability
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Experience
Experience with POS devices or payment terminals
Telecom field experience (SIM, routers, device installation)
Exposure to fintech, banking, or payment device environments
Morocco experience preferred
Additional Requirements
Valid Morocco driving license
Preference will be given to candidates with own transport (Bike/Car)
