JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
The Supply Planner defines together with his partners, the production program for the plants aiming a global optimization (answer to commercial needs - Demand, economic balance, lead-time) according to all processes milestones. Supply planner manages the capacities established and available in the plants as well as their flexibility. They verify the coherence between the internal capacities established and the production programs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main deliverables/tasks
* Annual, periodic and monthly S&OP production planning
* Confrontation Demand/Planning
* Synthesis of the 'What if supply' analysis
* Animation of the application of the decision taken and warning if necessary
* Entry of the allocations for the Demand Planners and execution resources for the Orders

* Commercial result: Contribution to the alignment of Supply and Demand
* Manufacturing Cost Price (PRF) Added Value: proposing an industrial organization that optimize the costs and avoid the incomplete products or lost products
* Investment: by optimizing the use of the available industrial resources
* Supply chain / Logistic Costs: by optimizing the distribution of the manufacturing programs by plant and by restricting the flows accelerations
* Supply chain / End of live Costs: by looking for the optimization between demand and last available productions.

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
* Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Arabic is a plus
* Knowledge of the Supply Chain: from forecasts to distribution, from plant planning to suppliers communication
* Knowledge of the impact due to a supplier delay and a lack of parts for the production in an internal plant
* Knowledge of the different horizons of the Planning: PMT, S&OP, Budget, MPS, Week, execution
* Master in Excel, PowerPoint, BO
