Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Executive specializing in Freight Forwarding, based in Casablanca. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, developing sales strategies, and promoting logistics solutions to potential clients. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and achieve company goals.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
* Outstanding Customer Service and Communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships
* Proven experience in Team Leadership to inspire and collaborate effectively with colleagues
* Ability to analyze market trends, understand client needs, and recommend tailored logistics solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
* Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
* Familiarity with the freight forwarding, logistics, or maritime sectors is advantageous
* Proficiency in relevant digital tools and CRM software
