Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all supplied components used in battery development by managing supplier qualification, component validation, and ongoing performance monitoring. Your role will be critical to maintaining high standards for safety-critical and quality-relevant parts.
* Establish and maintain Supplier Control Plans in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
* Conduct quality audits, process assessments, and validate manufacturing readiness of suppliers.
* Monitor supplier component validations such as PPAP and ISIR, and lead resolution of quality issues during prototype and serial production phases.
* Ensure compliance with customer and internal quality standards for critical and safety-relevant components.
* Analyze nonconformities and oversee corrective and preventive actions using methodologies like 8D and QRQC.
* Support APQP deliverables and track maturity progress for key suppliers.

Profile Description
* Engineering degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field
* Experience (typically 3+ years) in supplier quality management within automotive or high-tech manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems, supplier audits, and industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949)
* Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (PPAP, APQP, 8D, FMEA, QRQC)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and cross-functional teams
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Good command of English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
