🚨 We’re Hiring – Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer
📍 Location: Tiflet, Morocco

Adient is expanding its quality team in Tiflet!
We are looking for an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer to strengthen our supply chain and ensure supplier performance meets the highest standards of the automotive industry.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and qualify new suppliers through audits and performance assessments.

Monitor supplier KPIs (PPM, delivery, audit scores).

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D methodology).

Ensure full compliance with IATF 16949 and internal standards.

Validate PPAP submissions and lead APQP processes.

Work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production teams.

Support new product launches and supplier readiness assessments.

✅ Profile:

Engineering degree or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of experience in automotive supplier quality or industrial QA.

Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D problem solving.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
