Job Description

As a Sub-System Technical Leader, you are responsible for ensuring Quality / Cost / Delivery / Performance (QCDP) convergence within your scope and for leading the development activities of seating components.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate all contributors involved in the project
* Ensure consistency between technical and project schedules
* Negotiate QCDP targets with project stakeholders
* Manage supplier consultations and contribute to supplier selection
* Ensure design and development compliance with QCDP objectives
* Drive technical convergence with internal teams and suppliers
* Provide regular reporting and manage action plans in case of deviations
* Escalate critical issues to decision-making bodies
* Contribute to lessons learned and improvement of engineering standards
* Support cost optimization initiatives during development and serial life

Qualifications

* Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Experience: 3 to 5 years in automotive seating development
* Experience in OEM or Tier-1 environment is a plus
