Description Du Poste

* Analyze Validation plan / Norms / Standard of all OEM
* Creates plans, and performs tests and validations of products
* Calculates test costs based on laboratory test orders
* Identifies and defines relevant test specifications
* Analyses specific customer requirements and project requirements
* Documents results and reports the results to the customer
* Aligns requirements, results and open questions with the customer
* Supports the strategic planning and implementation of methods and processes
* Perform all tests in the lab portfolio ( Mechanical / electrical / Dimensional /Metallographic & Environmental)
* Perform the visual examination on harness / components and detect anomalies
* Analyze causes of non-conformities & define PDCA if required
* Elaborate test reports and synthesis in accordance with internal and customer standards
* Suggest improvement idea ( KATA – CIP)
* Participate in internal audits, prepare quality files for customer audits and certifications and IATF audit
* Creates and releases team internal instructions / New test methods and user-guides in alignment with standards.
* Study and implementation of new tools and test setups
* Respect of 5S / Scrap samples procedure & Storage of tested samples

Qualifications

* Level of Education: Coming from higher education (BAC+2/+3) in Electrical /mechanical engineering
* Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial
* Experience : A minimum of 1 year at least, in the automotive industry
