Position Overview

Reporting directly to the senior quality coordinator, our future quality coordinator will have as main mission:

* Ensure customer satisfaction and meet their expectation in terms of quality, certifications, and reactivity within the delivery plan.
* Ensure deployment of quality indicators and targets in manufacturing area.
* Participate in CI activities

Key Responsibilities

* Management of quality engineers.
* Follow and improve customer scorecard and quality indicators RPPM, DPPM and LMQM.
* Monitor 8D meetings & follow up of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
* Control the effectiveness of quality activities (Process and product audits, equipment validation, personal qualification…)
* Reduce the cost of non-quality (Internal & External containment...)
* Establish direct contact with quality residents at customer sites to find solutions to solve the problems reported by the customer
* Use problem solving skills for root causes analysis related to internal & external issues.
* Developing and maintaining quality standards.
* Support the preparation of PPAP package for new products.

Key Skills

* Bac+5 with minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry within quality department.
* Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
* Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…
* Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…
* Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
